Customers must thoroughly inspect all units upon delivery. Customers must inform any defects, visible damage, missing items or installation defects within 48 hours of delivery. Kitchenline reserves the right to inspect the reported issues before undertaking suitable corrective action.
Warranty coverage is applied to items that are identified as being under warranty only. All warranty items require inspection by the Kitchenline team before approval. Warranty does not cover:
Normal wear & tear
Misuse or negligence
Unauthorised repairs
Improper maintenance
Damage caused by water leakage, fire, pests, or accidents
Natural variations in material appearance
Return and refund policy varies depending on the product type and order category. Custom-made products are non-refundable. Refunds are only considered valid if:
